Using the service
Marque lets you make brand guidelines and publish them at a public address. You are responsible for what you upload and publish, and for having the rights to it.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with, only so the service can work.
Acceptable use
Do not publish content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, impersonates another organisation, or is designed to mislead.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting it removes your guides, published pages and files.
Changes
We will tell you about material changes to these terms before they take effect.
