Privacy Policy
Template text. Review and replace with advice for your jurisdiction before launch.
What we collect
Your email address, so you can sign in, and the brand guides and files you create. Brands made before signing in stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
How we use it
Only to run the service: to sign you in, save your work and show published guides. We do not sell your data and do not run advertising trackers.
AI drafting
If you choose to write copy with AI, your brand’s name, website, description, colors and typeface names are sent to our AI provider to produce the text.
Where it is stored
Accounts and guides are stored with our database and file storage provider. Published guides are public by design.
Your rights
You can export your guide as Markdown and delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings.
